river shuttle breakfast selection orchid petal average gym thai restaurant crowded pool
i was thrilled with the free river shuttle it offered to icon siam , it was so convenient. the breakfast selection was wide , i enjoyed that treat every morning. i also loved the animal designs the housekeeping staff created with fresh orchid petals on our bed daily , such a sweet touch.
the gym was very average , i expected more from a hotel of this caliber. i found it odd there was no good thai restaurant , i wanted to experience authentic local cuisine without going far. the pool felt crowded , i wish there was more space to relax.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
malfunctioning key card confusing services
The staff were friendly and polite. They greeted me often.
I found some aspects frustrating. the key card stopped working twice during my four-day stay. telephone conversations prior to check-in involved being transferred multiple times. It was not smooth at all.

serene riverside retreat
river shuttle breakfast buffet
I found the complimentary river boat shuttle useful. It connects to multiple piers. this service made navigating the city quite easy, and i appreciated the frequency of the boats. the extensive breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options. i especially liked the fresh fruit and local dishes. There were many choices available.
The gym, although adequate, lacked sufficient equipment, especially during peak hours. It was challenging to find an available treadmill. i think the space could be better utilized to provide more options .
